Count Your Blessings And Not Your Depressings

It is only one Life that you have; just this one lifetime! So, please don’t postpone Happiness, don’t postpone living. Of course, you can’t avoid the lows, the crises, the tragedies. But you can learn to be happy despite the circumstances. You do that by accepting whatever comes your way and by letting go of debilitating emotions. Remember: only when you let go of something can you receive another…clinging on never helps…so, to receive grace and abundance…let go, let go, let go…of all that makes you unhappy and…simply flow with Life!

Garnet was very happy. She was so happy, for no especial reason, that she felt as if she must move carefully so she wouldn’t jar or shake the feeling of happiness. She descended from the roof cautiously, and walked with even steps down through the vegetable garden and across the pasture to the slough. A green light, tranquil and diffused, glowed among the willow saplings. The water was clear and motionless. Garnet leaned against a tree. She was so quiet that a great blue heron, fancying itself alone, flew down between the branches and paused at the water’s edge. She watched the handsome creature, with his blue crest and slender long legs, wading and darting his bill into the water. She was so near that she could see the jewel color of his little eye. He stood for a contemplative moment on one foot, still as a bird of carven stone; and in that moment it seemed to Garnet that he had become her companion; a creature who understood and shared her mood of happiness. For a second or two they stood like that in perfect stillness: and then the heron spread his heavy wings and flew away.

Unless you are happy, you can't spread happiness. Unless you are inspired, you can't inspire others. Unless you are passionate, you can't exhibit your hidden talent. Be happy, Be inspired and Be passionate.

Sometimes I wonder why can not we make every day an event worthy of celebration. Let you encourage yourself to celebrate the privilege of waking up today, having heart & mind still in place, healthy body, beautiful life, liberty, so much more to achieve, opportunities, your family & friends who make your life so amazingly interesting. Is it less? Let you remind yourself that in reality you do not need a big reason to celebrate & you can celebrate yourself for being what you are at this point of time & what you have already accomplished. Remember it is a complete waste of all other days if you limit your celebrations to particular days & events. Let you choose to celebrate today & for that matter every day as an expression of your gratitude & revere for all the beauty, greatness, wonders & glories of the everydayness of your life. Let your thoughts, deeds & words keep you healed, uplifted, renewed & connected with your soul & your world. Let God continue to shower you with all the blessings you truly deserve. Stay Worthy Of Being Celebrated!

The best way to find out what you really want is to find out what gives you true happiness.

When your Bliss comes calling, you have a huge responsibility: you must trust the process of Life! You have to let go of whatever you are clinging on to and go with the flow of Life. It may be scary, even unnerving, at times, but this is what makes Life fun. So, think of it as romance, celebrate its raw beauty, that sense of uncertainty…Remember, only an unscripted adventure can offer you this quality of inner peace and joy – pure and immersive!

Instead of pursuing happiness, pursue God, and happiness will find you, deep in your soul.

In order to experience bliss and contentment, we must not only be willing to live in the present—not in the past or looking toward the future—but also to accept that pain is a real possibility, if not a probability. This is not to say that joy must come with pain, but instead, that pain could arrive in the midst of joy and this fact scares us senseless. We would rather half live than risk encountering unspeakable pain at the core of indescribable delight. We erroneously believe that being a perpetual emotional flatline is better than experiencing the highs and the lows of living.
