Heal your kind my friend with your wisdom and warmth transcendent, If not you then who else will unify humanity and rise as sapiens triumphant.

I am not here to peddle you anything – I am not here to convert you either – I am here on earth to be an example of liberation – and if that example appeals to your civilized and conscientious psyche, then embrace it without judging other people’s methods or the paths they walk on.

Be the ocean of conscience in which others can bathe. Be the sacred river of service, that takes away selfishness from the society. Be the mountain of bravery that absorbs weakness from the heart of people. And you must do all this as a humble servant as well as a pride-less leader of the people.

All humans are images of your own self - their pain is your pain - their misery is your misery - their sorrows are your sorrows - so rise and be the hope, help and joy in their lives!

Without truth, time is merely the kingdom of the animals. Time brings progress and humanitarian glory, only if truth walks the nerves of our mind, as we walk the alleys of space - in that walk we relinquish the space between the self and the other.

When I started training myself in Neurobiology, Psychology and Theology, mostly on the streets of Calcutta, at the book kiosks on the sidewalk, for I had no money to buy the books, I had no academic background - no college degree - no potential for earning a decent living - I was a direction-less canoe in the open sea. I did not come from a rich or learned family, nor did I have rich friends, so, as far as everybody else was concerned, my life was doomed. I come from the humblest of origins - like did Ramanujan, like did Tesla, like did many more legendary thinkers of human history. I didn't know the rules of academia - I didn't know the laws and the norms of the scientific community - all I knew was that I had to understand the humans if I were to unite them. Other than that, I had no clue to my future. I learnt by failing - I learnt by making errors - I learnt by moving slowly but surely, and by never losing my sense of awe. And that's really what science is about - it's about naivety, curiosity and awe.

You can hardly realize the essence of my ideas, if you try to comprehend them in terms of what your society has taught you. To understand me, you must first be free, and start off in an investigative journey with me, like a naïve newborn with no preconceived idea about anything whatsoever.

Being articulate is not the same as being wise. Truth devoid of conscience, is worthless in human existence.

I am not a non-believer. In fact, I am a devout believer – I am a devout believer in God, and I see my God in the humans – in each human.

No pilgrimage is holier than compassion, no gospel is truer than kindness, no offering is grander than love.

if your purpose is to find enlightenment, then seek it not outside, but inside, and if your purpose is helping others, then renounce nothing but your obsession for possessions and help those in need in whichever way you can.

Abandon the ceremonies and become an Awakened Soul – a soul that sees no color but the color of joy – no religion but the religion of love – no language but the language of compassion. Become compassionate my friend – become brave my friend! That is true religion. There is nothing else.

To improve the human condition in the human world, the humans have to rise and act out of conscience, not of delusion. And be careful not to let your focus be on taking away people’s Gods, because if you do, people won’t even let you in their lives. Let your focus be on improving human condition, and when that job begins to show results, eventually the world will get rid of the man-made Gods. Only when people truly know that there are humans willing to be next to them in times of their distress, that they can let go of their imaginary Gods. And that’s the day when human conscience will truly reign over the human world.

Who says there's no God, every human who helps a human, is God.

I don't advocate for collectivism, for I am the collective - I don't preach religion, for I am religion - and I am no materialist, for I am the matter and I am the spirit.

If you are human, you are spiritual - if you are human, you are religious - if you are human, you are alive.

I care not about science, I care not about spirituality, all I care about is service of humanity.

Destroy such shining altars that spread bigotry - demolish such glorious churches and temples that proclaim divine supremacy - burn such glistening crucifixes, scriptures and idols that are used to preach weakness and segregation - obliterate every single trace of orthodoxy from the face of this planet, not with violence, but with awareness - and work - work to uplift the downtrodden - work to elevate the impoverished - work to raise those abandoned by fortune and opportunity - only then you shall have the rightful place under the sun as a holy human being.

If you want to have true religion in your heart, then burn the scriptures and go out in the world to end misery.
