Being holistic doesn't mean mumbling mystical mumbo-jumbo all the time, it means seeing the reality as it is, without giving in to either supernatural nonsense or intellectual arrogance.

If there is anything that makes the ministry look grim and dull, it i the dark, insidious anger in the servants of Christ.

At the very core of connection, our homes fill a basic psychological need for shelter and safety. But they should do a lot more than that. They should provide connection with others and a sense of belonging, space for rest and replenishment. If your home does not satisfy these needs, it will create disharmony in your life.

Contemplative prayer removes us from the driver's seat.

Being in sync with life allows you to experience human activities naturally, as each unfolds, and not how the mind construes the experiences.

Life does not dictate concept, definition, or purpose; neither individually nor universally.

One significant realization is to acknowledge that we exist in love, we are engulfed in life.

The human mind has manipulated our species existence. We no longer know how to do the one thing that should be the most natural and simplest. We have forgotten how to just be.

We seek eternity through science, religion and philosophy. Forever cannot truly be defined. It is now. Knowing this deeply is to know infinity.

We are co-creating either a Heaven or a Hell in each moment. This is determined by the object energy released, our level of conscious awareness and our interaction with what we have created.

Society has misconstrued romantic love and has certainly misunderstood love in general. What we believe to be romantic love is actually attachment, lust, and fear (of loss). Society preaches passion as a function of romantic love, and passion CAN be a function of love, but it functions where one demonstrates heroism, selflessness and sacrifice to benefit the life of another. It has nothing to do with touch nor sexual desire. Love is everything. Life teeters on the spectrum of love and fear. Love is multidimensional, beyond the experience of mere emotion. Love is a hand extended to the shoulder of a distressed stranger, the smile of a child, it's the gratitude towards something beyond ourselves when circumstance benefits us. Anybody who has told you that you need another being to supplement your experience of love has misguided you. To live meaningfully is to celebrate love everyday.

Vo-ror-bla is the bright center of an invisible universal web called Siathia, which weaves and connects all life in existence.

Finding light in the darkness can mean the difference between monotonous good and a glimpse of greatness.

In what I have come to name a Goddess-oriented spirituality, the attitude toward the body is opposite to that in the mainstream Judeo-Christian tradition. Dirt, blood, sex, soul, earth, death, animal are not destined to be transcended; as direct embodiments of the immanent sacred, they by extension are sacred. The traditions of Christianity, Buddhism, and other religions may tell us mystically that God is present in everything (“I draw water, I carry wood; that is my prayer,” says the monk in one of my earliest favorite stories,) but the notion of the Goddess actually constitutes a physical presence. Not only is the Goddess of the world; the world is her manifestation. Though the transcendent god and the immanent goddess are complementary sides of the same human spiritual coin, their resonances are fundamentally different.

It doesn't matter how long the dance lasts As long as the encounter ignites the passion of life in us once again, And the trail of its beauty remains etched upon our heart forever.

In the mornings he would walk…. At the start of a walk, alone or moving, the sun at his back or cold rain down his collar, he was more himself than under any other circumstance, until he had walked so far he was not himself, not a self, but joined to the world. Invisibly joined. Had a religion been founded on this, purely this, he would have converted….. Proof of God? Proof was in the world, and the way you visited the world was on foot…. Your walking was a devotion.

I care not about science, I care not about spirituality, all I care about is service of humanity.

Beyond culture, beyond tradition, beyond all dogmas and doctrines, there lies a beautiful valley full with real liberty and real harmony - in that valley, diversity is no cause for discrimination or hatred, rather it provides colors to the collective life of humanity as one family - in that valley, the best creed is to have no creed - the best path is to have no path - the best ideology is to have no ideology.

Eventually we must give up trying to be something special.

Destroy such shining altars that spread bigotry - demolish such glorious churches and temples that proclaim divine supremacy - burn such glistening crucifixes, scriptures and idols that are used to preach weakness and segregation - obliterate every single trace of orthodoxy from the face of this planet, not with violence, but with awareness - and work - work to uplift the downtrodden - work to elevate the impoverished - work to raise those abandoned by fortune and opportunity - only then you shall have the rightful place under the sun as a holy human being.
