Never Give Up on YOU: Each day you wake up you choose the reality you’re going to live in based on your thoughts. Today choose to love yourself fully and embrace all that you are. There is no one on the planet exactly like you, embrace what sets you apart and find beauty within yourself.

So, can my mind be free from the given culture in which I have been brought up? This is really quite an important question. Because if the mind is not free from the culture in which it has been reared, nurtured, surely the individual can never be at peace, can never have freedom. His gods and his myths, his symbols, and all his endeavors are limited, for they are still within the field of the conditioned mind. Whatever efforts he makes, or does not make, within that limited field, are really futile in the deepest sense of that word. There may be a better decoration of the prison—more light, more windows, better food—but it is still the prison of a particular culture.

...the earth on which we live is the body of God. All people and living things are the body and soul of God. And...we serve God not by making the earth and its people suffer but by making the earth and its people whole.

I am no religious preacher, or a spiritual teacher, nor am I an intellectual philosopher or a divine incarnation - I am you in the service of you.

Different religions means different things to different people

Here are the basic principles of spirituality - there are none.

For me, yoga provides the answer to every question and the solution to every problem.

Your first relationship is with yourself. In order to cultivate the relationship with yourself, you must first understand you are not your learned behaviors or beliefs, you are not the constructs of your learned love behaviors, you are not your personality but your personality is the way in which you are currently choosing to express your perceptions.

Heartbreak should be a celebration not mourning because it’s an opportunity to get in touch with what your current beliefs are, and an opportunity to step back in alignment with what represents your highest good.

No imaginary monkey is going to come down on earth to say hello or give a hand in your times of need. So, you must be the hand that gives a hand to yourself when needed.

It's not enough to exist - animals exist, but it's the humans who have the brain capacity to live. So, live my friend, without effort, without worry, without ambition, without pride- live with dignity,contentment and the idea that gives your life value. If you truly genuinely want to do something, you just do it - just like the river flows without having any ambition to flow - the sun doesn't have an ambition to shine - it is in the ambition-less, pride-less, non-judgmental, non-conceptual, non-conflicting flow of action, that lies the force of life. So, flow like the river - shine like the sun - if you want to live - then live without the run.

It is better to die while living, than to live while dying.

Outside you actions don’t exist, outside you history doesn’t exist, outside you future doesn’t exist.

Simply awareness will make you see, what has been, what will be and what could be.

We run after love for fear of abandonment, we run after pleasure for fear of pain; we are not made to run after something, but to live what we already are.

The best way to understand something in the spiritual world is by studying its counterpart in the physical world.

Bliss is in action without expectation.

Awareness is simply seeing without trying to see the end.
